Meeting – February 2026

Guest Speakers: Liz and Mal Cairns

23rd February was the first meeting of the Society for 2026 when we were lucky enough to have Liz and Mal Cairns addressing the Society. (Liz and Mal are relatively new members of the Society so it was nice to have speakers from our own ranks)!

Liz presented in a most professional manner, a very interesting talk on the history of the Cairns Family and Mal was able to answer a number of questions from our members. They both have a wealth of knowledge regarding the Cairns family of the Mornington Peninsula.

It was also a chance for our members to get together over afternoon tea and to catch up with those they hadn’t seen since our Christmas party.

Thank you Liz and Mal.
