The RHS held its end-of-year celebration on the 25th November. There were no real formalities as such – it was just a chance to reflect on the achievements of the Society and for members to get together and have a good catch-up. Thanks go to Prue Found for organising the catering for the event. The food was delicious!
A raffle was held – there were a number of prizes on offer – and the main prize (a beautiful hamper) was won by Mark Found. As the Trivia Quiz was so successful last year, it was decided to incorporate a quiz into the proceedings again this year. It was good fun and enjoyed by all. Cate Cox did an excellent job in putting the quiz together and Noel Tyzack did a great job as quizmaster.
Some of our members enjoying the goodies on offer – and each others company.
